Shree Ganesh Company gives warranty of 06 months for the AGRO FARMER products.

2.1 The Company's / seller liability will be limited to the repair or replacement of the part, proven defective with in the period of 06 month from the date of delivery of new products.

2.2 Parts under warranty policy:

• Gearbox Housing, Drive shaft, Pinion shaft, Transmission shafts Gears, Sprockets Chain etc. 2.2.2 Main Frame, Rotor assembly, 3-Point Linkage, parking jack/stand, Defector, Trailer Windows.
• Hopper, Transmission parts, Ade shaft, Draw bar, Hook Latch lock, U-clamps, Crumbler.
• Hydraulic Cylinder, Ring Hitch, Spindle, Bearings, Bearing Hub.
• Tynes, Mouldboard, Furrow, Turn-buckle, Auger, Shocker, Disc (only Breakage)
• Peeling of Paint, Welding Part Failure.

2.3 The parts/materials that are not covered by the warranty as below:

• All wearable parts blades, Bar point, Shoe, Shovels, Bearings etc.
• Oil seals, Gaskets and Gearbox, Side Chain / Gear drive oils, Air breather, Spring Assembly.
• Reflector or indicator, Stickers.
• All fastenersnut & bolt, pins, Hard Lines etc.
• Wires, Hose Pipes.
• P.T.O Shaft and its parts.

2.4 The claim due to below circumstances with not apply:

• Accident/wrong application/misuse/wrong handling/improper maintainance.
• Repair or replacement improperly done by person other than company's authorized representative.
• Modification in product/part without consulting with the Manufacturer.
• Damage from external influence as enviroment condition, heavy stones, fires disaster and any act of God.
• Usage of the product with replacement part that has not been manufactured or supplied by the Company will nullify this warranty claim.

3.1 The warranty automatically terminate on expiry of 06 months from date of delivery, even if the AGRO FARMER implements may not be in use for any time during the warranty tenure for any reason. Company's employees or its Authorized representatives have no authority to vary the warranty terms/period. Company will compensate the claim by replacing the claimed parts in warranty on FOC Basis or equivalent amount of discount in next order.

The warranty shall not cover or include any duty or taxes incurred by the Buyer in relation to the product under warranty policy.
All proceeding relating to any dispute arising between the company and the Buyer on the liability of the company under this warranty shall be taken in civil court having JURISDICTION in LUDHIANA only.
