• Discount applicable on the prices quoted.
• Above Prices are Ex-Factory, Freight to be charged separately as per actual.

• All billing and dispatches will be made after receipt of 100% payment in advance.
• Shree Ganesh Enterprises, Ludhiana Punjab reserves all rights to change prices without any prior notice due to fluctuations in price of steel.
• In case of price revision, only order with 100% payment deposited before the price revision will be supplied at old prices. All orders with partial payment or no payment will be supplied at revised prices.
• All dispute arising is subjected to Ludhiana, Punjab Jurisdiction.
• Shree Ganesh Enterprises can deduct 20% of total order amount in case the order is subsequently cancelled by the Purchaser before it is dispatched by Shree Ganesh Enterprises.
• Side Disc Assembly If required to be charged INR 2500 separately.
• Shree Ganesh Enterprises shall be under no liability and it is prevented from carrying out its obligations under reasons of labour disturbances, strikes, lockdown, accidents, earthquakes, fire, floods, government orders, or restriction, interruptions/ restriction of power supply or any occurances beyond Supplier's reasonable control.
• In Case Shree Ganesh Enterprises is not in position to supply any order confirmed by Purchaser due to unforeseen reasons, the advance payment shall be returned to the purchasing party without any interest. To this we don't assume any other liability beyond return of advance payment.

• No payment to be done to any other bank account without confirmation from Shree Ganesh Enterprises on email.
